Acceptance is not readiness. We'd rather be judged on the second clock: how quickly a participant actually feels supported, not just how quickly we replied.

Including telling you plainly when we're not able to take on a new participant.

With a date attached — not an open-ended "we'll follow up."

#### Ongoing visibility

Into progress, not silence until support actually starts.

#### An honest "not right now"

We'd rather tell a coordinator plainly when we're at capacity than accept a referral we can't properly support.
