Content on this website — including service descriptions, blog articles, and general NDIS information — is provided for general information only. It is not personalised advice, and it doesn't replace advice from your NDIS planner, Support Coordinator, or a qualified professional about your specific situation or plan.
Enquiries and referrals
Forms on this site are a starting point for a conversation, not a binding agreement or a guarantee of service availability. Any support we deliver is subject to a separate written service agreement, agreed directly with you, that sets out what's included, pricing against your plan, and cancellation terms.
No guarantee of availability
As a growing provider, our capacity changes. Submitting an enquiry or referral doesn't guarantee we can take on a new participant immediately — we'll always tell you plainly where we stand.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this site belong to Annzac Care Disability Support Services, except where photography or other assets are licensed from third parties. Please don't reproduce site content without permission.

Where this site links to external resources (for example, NDIS.gov.au), we don't control and aren't responsible for the content of those external sites.
